There’s a Holiday Gift for Everyone at the 17th Annual Downtown Holiday Market

Need a sweet gift for a loved one and not sure where to start? Head to the 17th Annual Downtown Holiday Market! This outdoor shopping village has taken over downtown DC and will be in town through Dec. 23. Open daily from noon to 8 p.m., the market hosts more than 70 vendors selling their handmade art, jewelry, candles, treats, and more. Grab handmade cards from Pyramid Atlantic Art Center, acrylic paintings of our fair city from Art by Zachary Sasim, Inca clothing and winterwear from Art Inca Native, jewelry from Joy of Glass, jigsaw puzzles from New York Puzzle Company, locally made chocolates from Chouquette Chocolates, and so much more! You can find the full list online to make your shopping plan in advance.

Without a doubt, you’re going to work up an appetite while shopping, so stop at one of the food stalls strategically located throughout the market. You’ll be able to indulge in barbecue, mini doughnuts, sweet and savory empanadas, Jamaican fare, and more.
