Expect Seasonal Produce and More at FRESHFARM

Where can you find French pastries, sustainable veggie meals, locally grown rice, sheep’s milk cheese, pickles, and buckets of fresh flowers? At Dupont Circle’s FRESHFARM, of course! With vendors like Patisserie Poupon, Sexy Vegie, Purple Mountain Grown, Shepherds Manor Creamery, Hex Ferments, and Wollam Gardens, you’ll find all of the above and much, much more.

With dozens of farmers and other merchants to choose from, you’ll find a little bit of everything at FRESHFARM. Pick up a few bunches of kale to make a soup or salad, or stop by Sexy Vegie for a dish that’s already made. Get a bagel from Call Your Mother, or pick up locally grown flour from Purple Mountain Grown to try your hand at making your own.

Whichever stands you stop at, you’ll know that shopping at FRESHFARM is good for you and even better for the community. Each vendor comes from within 200 miles of the market, focusing on better-for-you foods and goods. As the Washingtonian comments, this market sets out to teach the city to “love their fruits and vegetables,” and you’ll be plenty satisfied—with both your food and the fun you have along the way.
